The 2010 Toyota Prius (3rd Generation) is the most fuel efficient hybrid car available today. EPA estimated combined fuel economy is 50 miles per gallon, up 4 mpg over the 2nd Generation Prius (2004-2009 model years). Engine size has increased to 1.8 liters (up from 1.5) and total horsepower is now 134 hp (up from 110 hp).
